At Noor Chemist, we ensure meticulous packaging and quality checks for every order. However, if your product arrives compromised, we offer a straightforward solution:

Acceptable Returns

We accept returns only under these conditions:

  1. Damaged Products: Physical breakage (e.g., cracked bottle, crushed tube).
  2. Leakage: Spillage during transit (e.g., leaked serum, ointment).
  3. Timeframe: Reported within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Prescription-based compounded medications.
  • Products with broken seals/tampered packaging.
  • Orders damaged due to customer mishandling.

Return Process

  1. Notify Us: Email info@noorchemist.pk within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Order number.
    • Photos/video of the damaged/leaked product + packaging.
  2. Verification: Our team will review within 48 hours.
  3. Return Shipping: We arrange a pickup via Leopards/TCS at no cost to you.
  4. Resolution:
    • Replacement: Shipped immediately (if stock available).
    • Refund: Issued to your original payment method (if replacement unavailable).

Refund Timeline

  • Replacements: Shipped within 3 business days of approval.
  • Refunds: Processed in 5–7 business days after return receipt.

  • No returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or expired products (all items are freshly compounded).
  • Prescription items are strictly non-returnable per AJ&K pharmacy regulations (License No. 501/DHO/2020).
